She's young, beautiful and is aspiring to do things that make her happy. For that, I applaud and support her. While becoming a full time college student, she is doing what she loves by becoming a talented MUA (Make Up Artist). In this post, she is both the MUA and the model. We like to call that a double threat. I'm just the willing photographer that gets to capture her craft. I hope you enjoy some of our favorites from this impromptu shoot.
I write this post with the actual realization that time is slipping through my hands rapidly and these photos only confirm that fact. My oldest child (Tiphani) is now a young lady. I had the pleasure and privilege of documenting her High School prom and all I can say is that she looked AMAZING!!! She's is so beautiful and was glowing like an angel. I'm so proud of you babygirl 😘. Thank God for the day you came into my life. I love you Titi. Here are some of my favs from our shoot.
Birthday celebrations are supposed to be a grand occasion and this girl pulled out ALL the stops. She had an All White Affair party scheduled for her big day and she commissioned me to take photos to be on display for the big night. I decided to go with a very different concept which was to give every photo a completely different feel and effect. Again, it's not the normal concept but the results were great and in the end, Marcia was happy. Happy client, Happy photographer. Enjoy!
His style is inspiring and unique and even quite daring but never ordinary. DJ (or @Hellomrnicesock if you follow him on Twitter or Instagram) is a stylish gentleman with a bold take on fashion. Today, I got a chance to do a shoot with him for a feature in Articles of Style called 'What I Wore Today'. It was a fun and creative way to spend a day. I must say that if you look at his outfits on a hanger, you assume that there's no way they'll work together...until he puts them on and you say, 'Ok, I see it now.' I hope you enjoy viewing these shots just as much as I did creating them.
Tis the season to take portraits, fa la la la la, la la la la. I had a blast helping Edith and Davan put together their first family portrait in a while. Max (the family pooch) was a riot behind the scenes (he simply wouldn't move once his outfit was put on). DJ and Tati rounded out the group and made this shoot a smooth event. All in all, this is a beautiful family and I hope you enjoy these photos for years to come.....or until you need more portraits :-D.

After 25 years, Sharon and Todd show us all how love is supposed to be. They are one of the best couples I have ever met and after spending an afternoon with these two, I can definitely say that Sharon is the CRAZY glue in this relationship.....to be honest, she's just crazy and fun. Here are some of the highlights from our afternoon together.
